Maths:
Start by watching the video - using this with the worksheet provided.
Take your time and discuss with an adult if you can.
English:
Today is your planning day for your Magic Tree writing.
Decide on what key elements you in your story - this doesn't need to be lots of writing but could just be key ideas you want to happen and important words you want to include.
Think about what happens as you are going through the portal, what happens when you are in it (what you see, feel, hear) and what happens at the end...are you stuck there or do you come out etc?
Tomorrow will be your writing day and we are looking forward to reading them.
Reading:
Today, you have a reading comprehension.
You will need to select the right challenge for you.
1 star is the easiest level
2 star is medium
3 star is the hardest
Once you have chosen your level, read the information sheet and then answer the questions from the sheet with the matching number of stars...answers are included.
