Staff CPD

As part of our Art project, the children will be using clay to create an Egyptian pot. In order for the staff to develop their art expertise and confidence, we held a staff meeting that allowed both teachers and teaching assistants to experience the process of making the pots. The knowledge and skills gained from this experience could then consequently be referred to and used when teaching the sequence of lessons planned.
