Clowne Junior School are now registered with easyfundraising, which means you can raise FREE donations for us every time you shop online. Over 4,000 shops and sites will donate to us when you use easyfundraising to shop with them – at no extra cost to yourself!

Recently, we have conducted a range of different events to engage with parents.

• Our 'Parental Engagement Survey', asked parents a range of questions to ensure we were addressing the needs of parents.
• Our 'Open Mornings' allow parents to join us for a particular subject lesson.  We have recently hosted a Maths morning which was very well attended.  Our Reading morning will take place soon.
• Our 'Subject Workshops' allow subject leads to support parents with their understanding of the curriculum. 
• 'Meet the Headteacher', is a meeting used to open dialogue and share updates on a wide range of topics.  

Many year groups have parent readers who come in to support reading within the school but we are always after new volunteers. If you are interested in this, please speak to your child's teacher to arrange a time to volunteer.
