Absences from School

Below is the relevant information you will need regarding term time absence.  If you wish to apply for a Leave of Absence during term time you must complete the below form and return to the School Office (paper copies are available) with as much notice as possible.  These forms are then reviewed by the Headteacher.  Any absences deemed to not be exceptional maybe passed along to Derbyshire County Council for fine as instructed by Ofsted and the Department for Education. 

There is also a leaflet regarding attendance and information on common childhood illnesses and the time a child is required to take off with them.
