Pack 2- Time

MATHS- TIME- PACK TWO 

Over the next few weeks we would like you to complete the block focusing on time. There is a range of task sheets as well as problem solving activities. These can all be completed on the sheets. Using an actual watch or clock will be really beneficial here as it will embed your Maths in a real life situation!

This block follows these objectives:

1. Hours, minutes and seconds
2. Years, months, weeks and days
3. Analogue to digital – 12 hour
4. Analogue to digital – 24 hour

Please complete the sheets in this order.

Please complete the varied fluency then problem solving for each section. (The children should know this order as that is how we do it at school.) There will also be additional sheets available at a later date. These will be posted online and can be completed from the screen on paper.

PARENTS: You may find that some of the tasks are quite challenging as these are normally completed after a few days of teaching. Therefore, you may need to take a little step back and look at simpler times first- o’clock, quarter past, quarter to, half past etc.
