Action plan for 2025/26

The PE and Sports Premium money for 2025/26 will be spent in the following ways:

• Intensive staff CPD working with Chesterfield FC Community Trust for 6/12 weeks each. 
• Developing OPAL play by investing in more resources to further enhance active play. 
• Targeted sports intervention at lunchtime to promote girls' participation in sport. 

Swimming Data for Year 6 - 2024/25

• 81% of pupils can swim confidently, competently and proficiently over a distance of at least 25m.
• 95% of pupils can perform safe self-rescue in different water-based situations
• 81% of pupils can use a range of strokes effectively
