PE - HIIT CLASS
Today we will be combining all of our previous learning to create our very own workout.
You will need to recap on your knowledge to create an effective workout.
- Type of exercise
- Sensible time or number of repetitions.
- Muscle group spread (not bunching all leg activities for example)
Create your workout. (A template is attached below which you can use or adapt).
Once you have designed your workout, go ahead and try it out.
Review your workout, do you need to change or amend anything.
Once happy, send your workout to your teacher.
