We know that exercising regularly makes us fitter and healthier. It helps us maintain a healthy heart preventing possible illness. It keeps our joints supple and increases muscle endurance BUT did you know that it improves our mental wellbeing too?
Physical activity can make you feel good about yourself!

Today we would like you have a go at completing some of the tasks in the image below. 'This is me' is a series of activities launched to support children's mental health week and today we will be focusing on the 'physical me'.
