Before we start PE with Joe, you will need a pencil and paper.
As we continue looking at health and fitness, our aim is still for you to create your own workout.
During today's exercise, record the activities that Joe performs. Quite often, (out of shot) Joe will have his own list of exercises that he can draw upon.
During your rest periods, right down the name of the activity so that you have a bank of exercises to help create your own workout at a later date.
*It might be worth noting which exercises were the hardest/most tiring so that when you create your own workout, you can space these apart*
