As Joe Wicks has announced 'PE with Joe' will return from Monday, I wonder if we could do a better job?
Can you create a series of exercises to form a workout routine in the space that you have using minimal, if any equipment?
You might want to visit Joe Wicks YouTube channel for some ideas. Joe often likes to do a range of leg, core and arm/shoulder activities.
Could you pinch some and 'jazz' them up a little bit to make a more interesting and fun workout routine. For example, Joe briefly changed his lunges to spiderman lunges where he would fire his webs whilst lunging.
Perhaps you could reinvent the sit-up, or even revolutionalise the squat.
