PSHE
Summary of lessons:
Week 1: We reflected on our own feelings and the types of emotions that we may come across in our lives.
We made feelings critters.
Week 2: We also learnt about how our feelings can change depending on the time of day or the situation we are in.
Week 3: We recognised a wide range of emotions in ourselves and others. We listened to some uplifting music and wrote down how the music made us feel. We then thought about what made us happy and extended this to others too. We thought about a time when we had made someone else happy and what we had done or said to that person.
This week:
Our learning intention is: Knowing what anger is and how to cope with it.
Please work your way through the PowerPoint for today's learning.
There are 4 boxes on the sheet. In each box, we would like you to draw a way that you could let anger out and write a short phrase or sentence underneath.
Here is a recap of some ways to let anger out:
•run
•kick a ball
•cycle
•swim
•meet up with friends
•bounce on a trampoline
•play football
Some people even wash windows or cars to let anger out.
