1. Download the PowerPoint. Use this to introduce the wh grapheme. Read the wh words. Point out the question words that begin with the wh grapheme.

2. Watch the ‘The wheel fell off’ video. Ask the children to make the Silent Ghost (finger in front of the lips – not touching) action each time they hear a wh word. Can they recall all of the wh words in the video?
