Following on from the visit of an ex-miner we would like you to:

Create a poster of information about the Miners’ Strike in 1984. Set this out however you want.
A double-page spread may look good.

Try to include:​

• Key dates​

• Why the strike happened?​

• Who was affected by the strike?​

• Information on the NCB and NUM​

• Picket lines and flying pickets​

• A table of reasons why people were for and against the strike​

• The impact the strikes had nationally​
